A Tribute to Ralph and Mary Dwan

We at Perry Center, Inc. were deeply saddened to learn of the death of Mary Dwan, just as we were when we learned of the death of her husband Ralph, who predeceased her.  Ralph and Mary Dwan were the prime private donors not only of the creation of the Perry Center but also of the programs and services we provided. They made significant and timely contributions during the renovation of the Perry School to enable the Center to come into existence, and at other times, especially times of financial challenge, to be sure the programs continued uninterrupted. Nearly all of their contributions were anonymous.  We were fortunate to be one of many charities, causes and institutions-domestic and foreign- that benefited from their generosity.  The amount of good they produced over their lifetimes is incalculable.  May they rest in peace.
