Nursing career education courses: The HCCE Practical Nursing Program prepares students to give safe and quality bedside nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse and/or physician. This is a 12-month, full time program, offered two times a year, March and September. Classes meet from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on scheduled clinical days from 6:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. Students receive stimulating state-of-the-art nursing instruction in the classroom and clinical areas. |
The applicant must obtain an acceptable score on the pre-entrance exam (cost $65.00) and interview with a member from the Harrison Centers Education Committee. All applicants must submit to a criminal background check and drug testing. |
